About Linen Person
Twenty years ago, I set up my first company, The Linen Press. It was one of the earliest companies to sell online, even before M&S and John Lewis. With all that experience of online shopping behind me, what I have never forgotten is the importance of the personal touch. The customer likes to know that with all the ease and advantages that websites can offer, there is still a human being with whom they can get in touch.
In fact, that is why I have decided to call my new company, Linen Person. The name has been chosen to emphasise the way we work.. When you need a little extra help, or the ‘bots’ are not playing ball, you can still speak to a real person who will do their best to help you. Internet shopping belongs to the 21st century, but good customer service is not old fashioned, it is what everyone wants.
If you prefer to speak to someone rather than email, you can call us between 8 am and 8 pm. We are a small team and the chances are that you will be talking to me a lot of the time, but it’s my company and I like talking to my customers.
