Vintage silver comb case with original comb
Hallmarked Birmingham 1957 from the makers Turner & Simpson also of Birmingham, this engine turned silver comb case is unusual in that it retains the original comb. In very good condition, both case and comb, the only defect we could spot was the absence of a single tooth from the comb.
Both sections are fully hallmarked and the overall dimensions are 8.8 x 2.5 cm. Very slim, it is about 0.3 cm thick.
The front is engraved with the initials ‘E. R.’
